To date, building equipment at these frequencies has involved manual assembly and tuning, considerable rework, and low yield. Precluded from the use of automated manufacture, manufacturing costs are high, and applications have been restricted to avionic and military systems.
MMIC Solutions' exclusive technology uniquely enables the use of fully automated assembly of these technology products, significantly reducing costs. Beyond this, MMIC Solutions is pioneering the use of advanced design approaches and materials – enabled by patented technology – to redefine the way the millimetre wave bands are used.
